Shipping policy

Shipping Timeframes:

Please allow a minimum of 7-10 days for delivery of any product ordered through Outlaw Race Engines.  Our team is working hard to get your product sent out as soon as we can. While we try to get every single customer tracking information, it's not always possible with some of the manufacturers we work with and your order may arrive without you receiving tracking information.

Lost packages: 

Unfortunately, packages do sometimes get lost by our shipping provider.  Those instances are few and far between but they still do occur.  If this occurs with a package you have ordered from us, our team is required to allow our shipping partners six weeks to find and deliver the package.  If at that time, the package still has not arrived, we can resend your order and file a claim with our shipping partners.

Damaged Items:

When you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please take photos of the box BEFORE opening it to inspect your product.  Please document all damage with photos and email them to support@outlawraceengines.com with your order number.  Refund or replacement requests for damaged parts without photos will be denied.  In some cases our team may authorize an Order to Destroy a damaged product before we can ship a new item to you.

Made to Order Products:

With the nature of the market changing so quickly due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many manufacturers have moved to a Made to Order business model where they will not produce an item until they have a set number of orders to process.  Unfortunately this is out of Outlaw Race Engines control.  Most of these items are generally big ticket products (superchargers, body panels, carbon fiber, bead lock wheels, custom ordered wheels, head packages, ect...).  Please allow a minimum of 6-8 weeks for delivery.
